Afful Capital is a private equity investment firm focused on buyouts of U.S. growth companies in the lower middle market. Our targets cut across a wide range of industries as we dispense highly aligned incentives with the business owners and management teams. Afful Capital also prides itself in its ever-growing team comprised of Investment Partners, Executive Partners, and Advisory Partners whose combined effort generates a substantial creation of value, opportunities, and returns over a long-term investment horizon.

 

We have also completed investments across a broad selection of wholesale distributors and manufacturers, including business services, niche manufacturing, technology services, multifaceted real estate, business & financial services, healthcare, and value-added distribution.

Investment Portfolio 

We target healthy companies with a long and successful track record in the Lower Middle Market, typically with 500K-5M in sales and at least $300k in EBITDA. At Afful Capital, we reverence our reputation in building successful long-term partnerships with our investors, investment companies, as well as sellout management/founders based on mutual trust, respect, and collaboration.
